Amsterdam in August.
The sun was shining and our capital city was vibrant as always. And so were we.
Today was an important day for the branding of Jan Jansen Amsterdam as we had to dot the i's and cross the t’s. Together with our models, photographer Frans Dekker and the whole Jan Jansen crew, we shot the Spring/Summer collection. Making sure every piece of Jan Jansen’s shoe collection was captured and presented the right way. And since Amsterdam is the hometown of Jan Jansen, this city was the place to be.
We were fortunate to be able to shoot at two amazing locations. First we gathered at Huis Van Brienen, a beautiful mansion in the style of Lodewijk XIV. Here, our models filled the rooms with glamour and colour whereas the history of the mansion added a sophisticated flavour to the photo’s.
The next photoshoot was at another location that fits our brand perfectly: Hotel Pulitzer. Distinguished rooms, extravant high heels and models who weren’t afraid to climb on top of the bar made the photoshoot as rebellious, fun and classy as we hoped it would be. Of course, we also hit the streets alongside the numerous canals of Amsterdam to capture the urban vibe. So what do you think? Did we succeed?
